Nino's 208 opening Friday brings Nino Selimaj back to East 58th Street where he got his first job at Bruno's, his brother's place, thirty years ago on arriving from Albania. Selimaj opens his latest in a duplex white-black-and-silver art deco space with a $35 three course prix fixe dinner and a $24 prix fixe lunch plus the regular a la carte menu sweetened by a 10% discount on the check for the first month.  Merlin Tiapa, who worked at Le Madri, Coco Pazzo, Telepan, and Nino's Restaurant on First and 72nd, will run the kitchen.  This is the prolific Nino's seventh restaurant since he ventured his first.  Brother Bruno Selimaj recently opened Club A Steakhouse in the original Bruno's space at 240 E 58th.
